All purchases are final and non-refundable and can not be canceled or exchanged under any circumstances. Your credit card will be charged upon sale. There are absolutely no refunds or returns under any circumstances due to the nature of our products. This includes digital downloads, cds, cases, and vinyl.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER YOU MUST USE THE TEMPLATE BELOW WHEN EMAILING!  COPY THEN PASTE THE TEMPLATE IN YOUR EMAIL. WE WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY OTHER FORMAT. WHEN YOUR REPLACEMENT ITEM IS SENT YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFO DIRECTLY FROM USPS. WE WILL NOT REPLY TO YOUR TEMPLATE EMAIL.
